At first glance this looks like a cloud. Thats what the people inside the UFO want you to believe. The UFO moves about briefly and then disappears behind the mountain. I am a bit surprised the person didn't go around the hill and check it out, but its not always convenient for a person to go galavanting after a UFO, when other things need our attention.
