Kilchoan Community Clean-up, Easter Sunday 5th April 2015.
Please come and support our annual village clean-up. Come for 10 minutes or for a couple of hours, every extra pair of hands helps.
It’s amazing what a difference it makes to the village.
Meet at the shop at 12 noon, slightly later start time than normal.
Gloves and bags provided and the plan is to finish up at the Pub around 2pm for well-deserved refreshment.

Ayomikun Ayomide, an SS2 student of Redeemer’s International School, Maryland Lagos won first place in the recently concluded Dech Math Challenge, organised by Dechelon Academy and sponsored by Pedabo(Lead Sponsor), Schlumberger, Palm Prints and The Conduits of Blessings Foundation. The Dech Maths Challenge (DMC) was an online competition and A Cheating Detection software was employed to ensure all the competitors carried out all the requirements for the competition in a manner devoid of fraud. A physical verification was also carried out to establish the winner’s eligibility and competence.

Retreating Boko Haram leaves mass of throat-slit corpses in Borno town
According to a report by Reuters, soldiers from Niger and Chad who liberated the town of Damasak in Borno from Boko Haram militants discovered the bodies of at least 70 people, many with their throats slit, scattered under a bridge.
In what appeared to be an execution site for the Islamist group, the bodies were strewn beneath the concrete bridge on one of the main roads leading out of the town. At least one was decapitated. The bodies were partially mummified by the dry desert air, while grass has began to grow around the corpses, suggesting that the killings had taken place some time ago.
Damasak was seized by the Islamist group in November but recaptured by troops from Niger and Chad on Saturday as part of a multinational effort to wipe out the militants.
Chadian soldiers, who said the bodies were discovered on Thursday, spoke of at least 100 corpses in the area around the dry river bed. A Reuters witness was able to count at least 70.
A strong smell of decomposition in many parts of town suggested there could be more bodies concealed there, the Reuters witness said.
A trail of blackened blood was visible along the side of the bridge facing the bodies, suggesting they had been thrown off the side after being killed. Among the dead was the imam of the town.
All but around 50 of the town's residents had fled by the time Damasak was recaptured. Those who remained were mostly too old or too sick to leave.

My name is Ezekiel Amadi, I have been dating this girl for over three years now all I get is " I hate sex". At first I thought she was just forming but as time went on the problem persist. She always tells me "if I give you too much sex u will get tired of me" I love her so much. Even when I get angry she just manage to go once and that is all for the whole month. I thought she has been seeing someone else but I discovered am the only one so I went ahead and engaged her. That same month I engaged her she told me that the reason why she hates sex was that "she was forcefully raped by her boyfriend when she was a teenager and she lust her virginity then" So anytime she has sex with me she still remembers that and that sex makes her remember every bit of what happend that day.
After telling me this she promised to be having it with me. Now my worry is she does not initiate it. She does not like foreplay. Always saying not in the mood. I love this girl but should I marry her? How do I cope with this sex thing if I marry her?

Ranch Renovation -- Midweek Update
Day by day, the ranchburger has been undergoing a transformation, and I have almost fallen behind with the updates. Medana has faithfully sent photos, and we have been sourcing items via email, searching for the best prices on cabinet knobs, a free-standing tub, and other items. Next week, the painters will arrive, and I'll have more news to report. Let's see what's been going on this week.
